Oliver Wyman seeks an accomplished Principal in Telco Strategy to lead client engagements and advance growth across major communications, media, and technology clients. You will drive complex programs, mentor teams, and shape strategic solutions with senior executive stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of strategy consulting or relevant industry experience, strong problem solving, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or Communications, Media & Technology industry experience.
Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Outstanding communication skills; confidence in presenting to senior executives.
Willingness to travel (at least 50% of the time).
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships and commercial processes.
Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on-time delivery.
Guide and influence clients across situations including execution of the commercial process.
Identify new and expanded opportunities to grow business.
Create intellectual capital through thought leadership and be knowledgeable across adjacent topics.
Develop others and build a following as a firm asset.
Lead firm-building activities and serve as a role model for firm values.
