Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Software/Technology, or Media industries preferred.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python and analytical tools.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in formal and informal settings.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proactive initiative and creativity to solve client problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of individual project workstreams, including hypothesis development, data collection, modeling and analyses.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations and discuss with clients and stakeholders.
• Support the Partner group in project delivery through high-quality execution.
• Report to Engagement Managers and Principals, seeking guidance on technical expertise as needed.
• Coach consultants and help them develop their skills.
