Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Boston is seeking an Engagement Manager for Telco + Quotient - AI to lead complex client projects and drive value for top-tier telecommunications clients. You will partner with Partners to manage relationships and ensure successful outcomes across initiatives.

We seek 4–7 years of strategy consulting experience, a strong track record of leadership, and advanced analytical skills. Travel 50% of the time and a willingness to work across multiple locations is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm or similar environment.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in fast‑paced settings.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data-driven insights.
• Interest or experience in ML/AI capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and manage client relationships, in partnership with Partners.
• Lead and manage complex programs to ensure on‑time delivery and outcomes.
• Guide clients and teams through commercial processes, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand engagements.
• Develop intellectual capital through thought leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to firm building activities.
