Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lightwell Solution Architect with Telco experience to join our Technology Sales team. You will deploy as the technical lead for trusted software supply chains, collaborating with Account Solution Architects and Account Executives to drive Lightwell adoption.

You will navigate conversations across developers, platform leaders, and security teams, articulating Red Hat's differentiators and guiding customers through build configurations, SBOM practices, and secure deployment in

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a blend of software engineering, build/release engineering, platform engineering, DevSecOps, or technical sales with Telco experience.
• Hands-on experience in a customer or production build environment.
• Ability to present technically to engineers, leadership, and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for trusted software supply chain engagements and drive Lightwell adoption.
• Lead conversations across developers, platform leaders, and security teams with appropriate depth.
• Articulate Red Hat's differentiators and position within the portfolio.
• Configure builds to resolve Lightwell repos and troubleshoot with customer engineers.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities, proofs of concept, bake-offs, and hackathons.
• Identify customer stakeholders and advocate across business and technical teams.
• Advise on integration with artifact management and air-gapped environments.
• Collaborate with Lightwell unit and engineering for market feedback.
• Engage in community outreach and customer advocacy.
• Deliver enablement and mentorship to the Red Hat Technical Sales community.
