Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming is looking for a Teen Coordinator to manage daily site operations and lead teen programs in Cheyenne. You will mentor staff, implement a strategic plan for teen growth, and engage teens and parents while serving as acting Director in the director's absence.

Hours are approximately 10am–6pm, Monday through Friday, with duties including onboarding, safety, and community outreach to promote the Club's mission.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of teen development.
• Ability to motivate teens and manage behavior problems.
• Ability to deal with the general public.
• Ability to plan and implement quality programs for teens.
• Ability to organize and supervise teens in a safe environment.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications.
• Valid state driver license.
• Be a team player and engage professionally with teens.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Teens for Success by developing teen programs and fostering participation.
• Plan, organize and implement a range of program activities for teen development.
• Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching Youth Development Professionals.
• Support daily operations including attendance tracking, member check-in, and data entry.
• Build relationships with local schools to promote club awareness and recruitment.
• Maintain safety and quality of programs and club appearance.
