Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator to lead programming for teens ages 13-20, onsite or at satellite locations. You will supervise teen staff, collaborate with other club services and ensure quality and outcomes across the region.

The role includes planning, facilitating and evaluating programs, managing partnerships, and assisting with grant and resource development for teen services. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• FBI clearance, Delaware criminal history background check, sexual abuse registry checks required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of youth programming experience (ages 13–20).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally; DMV points under 5; willingness to drive agency vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and evaluate diverse teen programming for the community.
• Collaborate with Teen program leaders and Club staff to meet program outcomes.
• Develop systems to measure program quality and drive continual improvement.
• Plan, facilitate and support programs and events regionally and statewide.
• Assist in budgeting, grants, and resource development for teen services.
• Contribute to brand image and delivery of high-quality teen programming.
