Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Teen Program Coordinator to develop, implement, supervise and evaluate teen programming for ages 13-20. The role spans on-site and satellite locations, with leadership over teen program staff and collaboration with Club staff to expand reach across the state.

Responsibilities include planning diverse daily programs, measuring quality and outcomes, and supporting region-wide events while assisting in budgeting and resource development to sustain teen

Qualifications

• Must pass FBI and state background checks.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience delivering programs to youth ages 13–20.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
• Ability to supervise staff, recruit and train volunteers, and mentor youth.
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate diverse daily teen programming across sites.
• Collaborate with Teen program leaders and Club staff to meet outcomes.
• Develop systems to measure program quality and outcomes.
• Plan and support programs and events regionally and statewide.
• Assist in grant management and resource development for teens.
• Grow teen membership and seek partnerships in the community.
