The Boys & Girls Club of Cheyenne seeks an Unit Director – West Jefferson to lead daily operations, ensuring a safe environment and high-quality programs across Academic Success, Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles. You will supervise staff and volunteers, manage budgets, and ensure grant compliance.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar youth-serving organization.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with emphasis on youth development or education.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications (or ability to obtain immediately upon hire).
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL eligibility to operate organization buses.
• Must pass pre-employment and ongoing background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and program management for the designated Club site.
• Oversee facilities, safety, and program quality aligned with organizational goals.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff and volunteers; collaborate with HR for staff development.
• Develop and manage annual budget; monitor expenditures and procurement.
• Ensure grant compliance and timely reporting; build partnerships with community entities.
