Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in education or related field; experience may be considered.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of two years’ experience managing youth programs.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain connections with youth, families, schools, and partners.
• Oversee daily teen program operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with BGCA regulations and internal policies.
• Plan meals and snacks and manage reporting requirements.
• Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress.
• Coordinate transportation and field trips.
• Communicate program outcomes to leadership.
• Lead safety drills and maintain facility safety.
