Responsibilities

• Build relationships with teens, families, advisors, alumni and partners.
• Coordinate with BBYO and partners to run annual programs.
• Lead recruitment and outreach to engage 300–500 teens.
• Manage Orange County BBYO chapters and teen leadership development.
• Oversee event planning, registrations, and travel arrangements.
