Job summary

Merage JCC of Orange County in Irvine, CA seeks a Teen Community Collaborator to engage Jewish teens year-round through JCC programs, BBYO, and partnerships. The role develops opportunities grounded in Jewish values, fostering a connected, safe, heard, and empowered teen community.

The position supports JCC Maccabi, Global Teens, Young Philanthropists, and BBYO in OC, building leadership, recruitment, and program calendars for 300–500 teens.

Qualifications

• Strong communications and outreach abilities to engage teens and families.
• Proven recruitment strategies across digital and direct outreach.
• Ability to build relationships with teens, parents, partners and BBYO.

Responsibilities

• Engage teens year-round through Merage JCC, BBYO and partners.
• Coordinate with BBYO and JCC programs, manage events and leadership activities.
• Develop and execute teen-focused programs, travel with groups as needed.
• Recruit participants and build a robust calendar of opportunities for 300–500 teens.
