Job summary

The JCC Association of North America is seeking a Teen Center Coordinator for the Zehut Teen Center in Brooklyn, NY. This leadership role is focused on developing dynamic programming for teens and requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The coordinator will engage effectively with teens while overseeing program logistics and administration.

Candidates should have a background in education or youth development and be passionate about creating meaningful experiences. Bilingual (English/Russian) candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in education, psychology, or social work.
• Experience working with teens in community or educational settings.
• Familiarity with Jewish communal life preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of teen programs and workshops.
• Support mentor-mentee matching and recruitment for JBBBS.
• Manage program logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
• Assist in outreach and recruitment to engage teens.
