One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing, family-owned team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems, delivering exceptional service while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior successful experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• NATE certification preferred (not required).
• Strong technical ability and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug/background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
• Follow company standards, safety procedures, and industry best practices
• Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
• Respond to service calls in a timely, reliable manner
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency
• Service, maintain, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly explain repair options to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; leave job sites clean after completion
• Demonstrate a strong safety mindset on the job and while driving
• Use floor savers and protect customer property at all times
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness (inside and out)
• Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates

HVAC Service Technician

Compensation

• Aggressive Compensation
• On-Target Earnings: $80,000-$150,000 +
• Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities
• Looking to fill two preferred shifts
  • Mon-Fri one on call day per week- one on call weekend per month
  • Tue-Sat 2pm-10pm, no additional on call days/weekends
