One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will perform maintenance, safety-compliant tune-ups, and provide top-tier customer service while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC Service Technician role requiring diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial systems.
• Strong technical ability and communication skills are essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Respond to service calls promptly and work with the team to ensure quality

HVAC Service Technician - Key Job Duties

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
• Follow company standards, safety procedures, and industry best practices
• Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
• Respond to service calls in a timely, reliable manner
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency
• Service, maintain, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly explain repair options to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; leave job sites clean after completion
• Demonstrate a strong safety mindset on the job and while driving
• Use floor savers and protect customer property at all times
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness (inside and out)
• Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior successful experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• NATE certification preferred (not required)
• Strong technical ability and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug/background check
