Job summary

Sansone, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and service calls on residential systems. You will troubleshoot issues, educate homeowners on performance and maintenance, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

You will work with a team, mentor apprentices, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with codes and best practices, supporting company growth and homeowner comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and best practices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and service calls on residential HVAC equipment.

• Mentor and support apprentices and less experienced technicians.
• Complete all required paperwork, invoices, timesheets, and service documentation accurately and promptly.
