  • Identify potential system replacements if appropriate and pass leads to the sales team.
  • Document all recommendations and opportunities clearly in customer notes.

  • Complete 3–6 service/maintenance calls per day with full documentation, ticket closure and debriefs.
  • Achieve a first-time fix rate of 90%+.
  • Offer maintenance plans on every applicable job.
  • Collect payment and signatures and close job on-site when completed.
  • Keep company vehicle mechanically maintained, stocked, clean, and inspection‑ready daily.
  • Debrief real time with dispatch after each job and review job status and review paperwork.
  • Create a working partnership each day with dispatch and CSR to clear the schedule efficiently and effectively.

  • Team-Oriented: Supports team members and communicates well with office staff.
  • Willingness to cross train and support other departments and work on call rotations.
  • Established and well recognized in your local community. Solid references.
  • Stable past work history.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other tight/hot spaces for extended periods.
