Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting AV setup issues in conference rooms, especially with Google Meet or Zoom.
• Experience assisting presenters and providing live support for meetings of varying sizes.
• Hands-on experience with basic network infrastructure and office hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enable Seamless Collaboration: Ensure AV systems in conference rooms and shared spaces function flawlessly so teams connect across global offices.
• Resolve In-Office Hardware & Tech Needs: Troubleshoot printers, monitors, keyboards, and desk peripherals to minimize downtime.
• Manage Hardware Operations: Track on-premise IT/AV inventory, including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops.
• Support Our Remote Teammates: Help with remote tech support requests to ensure equal support across all environments.
