Qualifications

• 8+ years project management experience.
• 3+ years domain experience in P&C reinsurance, primary insurance, or financial services.
• Proven track record managing multiple active projects.
• Experience delivering with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build consensus, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability.
• PMP certification in good standing or equivalent.
• CSM certification in good standing or equivalent.
• MS Office Suite with Pivot capabilities.
• MS Project; familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA or Rally.
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and analysis activities, providing insights that shape execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive delivery outcomes.
• Directly manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure, including producing project requests, SOWs, kickoff materials, steering materials, RAID logs, change logs, project plans, and financials.
• Monitor risk, issues and dependencies; escalate and mitigate as needed.
• Support internal gate reviews and project audits; oversee UAT planning.
