Job summary

ComResource is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives. You will own high-visibility programs, guide cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with executives from strategy through stabilization.

You will manage ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI and data platform initiatives, partnering with engineering, finance, HR, and operations to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive project/program management in enterprise technology.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for varied audiences and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology and business programs from initiation through stabilization.
• Develop program plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Partner with engineering, IT, cybersecurity, product, operations, finance, HR, and supply chain.
• Build relationships with executives, technical leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Drive accountability and governance with steering committees and escalations.
• Prepare executive status reports, roadmaps, and recommendations.
• Translate complex tech into clear business impacts and next steps.
• Support testing, implementation, cutover, release, and change management.
• Improve PMO processes, governance standards, and documentation.
