Job summary

Capco in New York is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex insurance-focused transformation programs. You will establish governance, partner with senior stakeholders, and craft strategic narratives that drive alignment and measurable change.

You will manage program plans, risks, and communications, delivering value across client leadership and cross-functional teams while ensuring sustained organizational change and outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of client-facing experience, with consulting and/or financial services preferred.
• Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale business transformation programmes, ensuring successful execution against strategic objectives.
• Establish and manage program governance, reporting frameworks, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic narratives that communicate transformation vision, progress, and outcomes.
• Partner with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver organisational change and business value.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and communications with strong stakeholder relationships.
