Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within the Insurance practice in New York. The role focuses on governance, executive storytelling, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful change across complex organisations.

You will manage programmes, develop strategic narratives, and ensure delivery against objectives, while partnering with client leadership and cross-functional teams to realise measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of client-facing experience, preferably in consulting or financial services.
• Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives within Insurance or Financial Services.
• Ability to develop executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale business transformation programmes, ensuring successful execution against strategic objectives.
• Establish and manage program governance, reporting frameworks, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Develop compelling executive-level presentations and strategic narratives that clearly communicate transformation vision, progress, and outcomes.
• Partner with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable organisational change and business value.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and communications while maintaining strong relationships across internal and client stakeholders.
