Job summary

Pacific Life seeks a Director of Technology Transformation Leader to drive the Institutional Division's technology strategy, architecture, and execution. You will partner with the division's AVP to co-own priorities, align policy/servicing platforms, and advance automation and AI-enabled service delivery.

You will translate strategy into a technical roadmap, lead agile delivery, and ensure compliance within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

8+ years leading technology delivery in financial services or related industry.
Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Strong agile delivery practices and DevOps/DevSecOps experience.
Experience partnering with business leaders in a shared-ownership model.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation: co-own priorities, KPIs, and outcomes with IT and transformation partners.
Platform Delivery & Execution: translate roadmap into epics, stories, and delivery metrics with agile methods.
Architecture & Solution Design: contribute to scalable, reusable platform decisions and APIs.
Talent & Team Development: mentor teams, promote modern engineering practices, and workforce planning.
