Job summary
Pacific Life seeks a Director, Technology Transformation Leader for its Institutional Division to drive the tech strategy and platform execution. You will partner with the division's transformation leader to align technology roadmaps with policy, administration, and servicing platforms, focusing on automation, AI-enabled services, and scalable cloud-ready architecture.

- 10+ years in technology leadership, preferably in financial services or asset management.
- Proven track record delivering policy/servicing platforms.
- Ability to translate strategy into technology roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for Institutional Division platforms.
- Lead agile delivery cadence with Product and Operations.
- Drive automation, AI-enabled service delivery, and data quality improvements.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and vendor teams to ensure scalable architectures.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing hybrid team.
