Management Performance Associates is recruiting a Technology Transactions Associate Attorney for its client, an AmLaw 50 firm, based in San Francisco. The role focuses on IP and commercial transactions for technology clients worldwide.

Candidates should have a JD from a top-tier law school, California bar, 3–6 years of IP and technology transactions experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deal streams. Experience with M&A IP issues and AI is a plus.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• California Bar admission in good standing.
• 3–6 years of IP and technology transactions experience in a law firm.
• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating IP/tech agreements.
• IP aspects of M&A and equity financing experience or exposure.
• Interest in AI is advantageous.
• Technical background preferred (CS/engineering).

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology and IP agreements.
• Provide IP diligence and strategic counseling for M&A and financing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address IP risks and strategy.
• Advise clients on structuring commercial transactions aligned with tech trends.
• Work directly with clients to understand objectives and craft tailored legal solutions.
• Contribute to team development and client growth initiatives.
