• Advise clients on transactional risk management and compliance in technology deals.
• Support cross-functional teams on complex tech transactions.

• The role involves drafting, negotiating, and analyzing IT, IP, and commercial agreements, including R&D, SaaS, procurement, and consulting agreements.
• Applicants must have experience handling transactional matters focused on intellectual property and technology transactions.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in AI or life sciences sectors, some privacy and data security experience, and an undergraduate or advanced degree or relevant work experience in IT, computer science, electrical engineering, life sciences, or other technology-related fields.
