Green Key Resources is seeking an IT Training & Staff Development Specialist to support technology adoption, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. You will deliver engaging technology training, maintain materials, manage the LMS, and collaborate with leadership to enhance employee development.

The ideal candidate communicates well, enjoys helping others learn, and can translate technical concepts into practical guidance for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably supporting technology training, employee development, onboarding, or end-user education programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly manner to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Experience creating training materials, documentation, and instructional content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and individual training sessions on business applications and technology tools.
• Develop and facilitate training programs for both new and existing employees.
• Provide personalized coaching and support to users requiring additional technology assistance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related requests and coordinate follow-up sessions as needed.
• Promote user adoption of technology solutions through effective communication and educational initiatives.
• Lead technology onboarding programs for new hires and ensure employees are equipped to effectively utilize organizational systems and applications.
• Support staff development initiatives by identifying training opportunities and assisting with the creation of learning programs.
• Partner with operational and administrative leadership to enhance employee development and onboarding processes.
• Assist with the rollout of new technology solutions and related training efforts.
• Create, update, and maintain user guides, reference materials, training documentation, and instructional content.
• Ensure all learning resources remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with current technology platforms.
• Develop both instructor-led and self-service training materials to support diverse learning styles.
• Maintain documentation standards and training best practices across all educational content.
• Administer and maintain the organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
• Organize, update, and manage training content to ensure accessibility and ease of use.
• Track training participation and support ongoing improvements to learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training partners to develop new educational content and initiatives.
