Job summary

Integr8staff seeks a skilled Legal Technology Trainer in Los Angeles to develop and deliver training programs for all staff. You will prepare materials, support website updates, and evaluate emerging legal technologies, including AI tools, reporting to the Director of Administration.

Responsibilities include classroom, virtual, and pre-recorded instruction, creating engaging educational experiences, and maintaining documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Firm understanding of software instruction and technical writing.
• Classroom training experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in software training position in a law firm environment.

Responsibilities
