Job summary

Gateway Service Group is seeking a Director of Technology Systems to own and optimize the company’s technology platform. You will connect ERP, billing, and field service systems, drive adoption across branches, and oversee vendor performance.

The role collaborates with finance, HR, operations, and leadership to deliver visible business insights. You will implement IT controls, lead AI-powered workflow automation, and steer integration efforts across acquisitions while reporting to the VP of

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive enterprise technology, business systems, or technical program management experience.
• At least one ERP or field service implementation where you were the internal accountability owner.
• Demonstrated ability to roll one platform out across multiple sites with real user adoption.
• Experience holding an implementation partner, MSP, or platform vendor to scope, schedule, or SLA.
• Practical working knowledge of business system integration, data mapping, and governance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across branch locations.
• Hands-on configuration experience within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration program — internal accountability for ERP and field service integration with a 12-month plan.
• Drive ERP, billing, and field service rollouts across all locations and HRIS go-live.
• Deliver the reporting layer with 3–5 executive KPIs and location-based gross margins.
• Own vendor and MSP relationships, SLAs, and licensing across the technology portfolio.
• Execute IT controls and access governance with the MSP and finance teams.
• Support acquisitions by ensuring no integration milestones wait on systems or data capacity.
• Apply AI to practical workflows with governance and responsible deployment.
• Manage the technology budget and build institutional capability beyond one person's knowledge.
