Job summary

Gateway Service Group is seeking a Director of Technology Systems to own how our platform performs—integrating ERP, field service, and HRIS, and turning data into actionable visibility across branches in St. Louis and DC.

You’ll collaborate across operations, finance, and HR to finish the build, adopt the stack, and ensure reliable systems adoption. You will report to leadership, manage vendor relationships, and drive governance, security, and IT controls while scaling the platform and exploring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Data Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong data analytics background with BI tooling (Power BI).
• Experience with NetSuite and SuiteBilling platforms.
• Experience in multi-site services or acquisition-driven growth.
• Knowledge of IT controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP-to-field service integration program with a 12‑month plan.
• Drive ERP, billing, and HRIS rollouts across locations and acquisitions.
• Deliver three-to-five executive KPIs and revenue/gross margin reporting.
• Manage vendor/MSP relationships, SLAs, and licenses.
• Oversee IT controls, access governance, and acquisitions support.
• Apply AI to automate workflows with governance standards.
