Job summary

Gateway Service Group is seeking a Director of Technology Systems to own how our technology platform performs. You will ensure the ERP, billing, and field service systems work together, and deliver visibility the business uses to run operations.

This is an ownership role that builds on existing live systems, with room to grow as the platform scales. The position requires collaboration across branches, acquisitions, and vendor partnerships, with a hybrid schedule and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, data science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with integrations, reporting, and acquisitions.
• Strong data analytics background and BI tooling.
• Experience in multi-site field service / facilities environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration program — ERP to field service platform; manage milestones and vendor performance.
• Roll out ERP, billing, and field service across locations; manage HRIS go-live and adoption.
• Deliver a concise set of executive KPIs and margin reporting by location and service line.
• Oversee vendor and MSP relationships, SLAs, licensing, and triage before escalation.
• Implement IT controls and access governance with the MSP and finance.
• Support integrations in acquisitions; ensure milestones are met without delays.
• Address compliance-driven tech needs: fleet telematics, DOT reporting, payroll data integrity.
• Identify and deploy AI tools to automate workflows with governance.
