Job summary

Wiley|Wilson seeks a Technology Systems Project Designer in Richmond, VA to design telecommunications networks, structured cabling, AV and electronic security systems for vertical building projects. You will develop Revit models and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality designs and advance your technical expertise.

Requirements include 3–7 years in AEC, an Associate's degree or higher in Engineering/Architecture, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience designing telecommunications networks, cabling, AV and security for vertical buildings.
• AEC industry experience required.
• Proficiency in Revit and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Design telecommunications networks, structured cabling, AV and electronic security systems for vertical building projects.
• Develop and coordinate Revit models and construction documents from design through completion.
• Collaborate with senior Technology Systems staff and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure quality designs.
• Coordinate with architecture and other engineering disciplines; participate in client and project meetings; travel 10–15%.
