Job summary

Brookfield Properties in Cleveland is seeking a Marketing Technology Product Lead to ensure reliable performance of marketing platforms, assist with onboarding, and drive continuous improvements in processes and data integrity.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations to support product implementations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high-quality user experience across campaigns and workflows.

Qualifications

5-7 years in product support, technical support or operations for SaaS/enterprise products.
Experience supporting product implementations, onboarding, system configuration or platform rollouts.
Strong troubleshooting skills for marketing technology platforms and data integrations.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira or ServiceNow.
3-4 years in Property Management Technology and Marketing Tech Support (Yardi Site Manager, CRM IQ, Elise AI, Salesforce, MRI).

Responsibilities

Triage, investigate and resolve product support tickets across channels and provide onboarding help.
Reproduce issues, collect logs, document steps, and escalate defects with root cause analysis.
Lead triage discussions with product and engineering to prioritize issues and communicate updates.
Support release validation, maintain knowledge bases and training materials.
Assist in product implementation and roadmap input with feedback and process improvements.
