Crescent Hotels is seeking an IT Supervisor to support the day-to-day technology needs of the hotel, ensuring systems, hardware, networks, and technology-related operations remain reliable, secure, and efficient.

This hands-on role provides technical support to hotel team members, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, assists with network and connectivity concerns, maintains computers and technology equipment, and coordinates with vendors and corporate IT resources when additional support

Competenze

• Experience in IT support, systems, networking or hospitality tech.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality technology is highly preferred. Hilton familiarity is a plus.

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hotel staff and operations.
