Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group seeks a Senior Director, Technology to lead the technology vision and digital transformation across Lion Street and related platforms. You will partner with executives to align investments, drive innovation, and ensure scalable, secure technology that supports growth.

The role oversees infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and enterprise architecture while guiding vendor relationships and budgets to deliver a best-in-class advisor experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple technology functions and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s long-term technology vision and roadmap.
• Lead technology functions including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, and operations.
• Establish policies, governance, and standards aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with executives to align technology investments with growth priorities.
• Drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and scalable solutions.
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery readiness.
