Job summary

CG Life is seeking a Group Technology Director to act as a senior, client-facing technology leader for a major account or a portfolio of accounts. You will translate business priorities into practical technology strategies, guiding architecture, platforms, data, security and AI decisions while ensuring high-quality delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior, client-facing technology partner for one major account or a portfolio of smaller accounts.
• Develop deep understanding of the client’s business and technology ecosystem.
• Provide proactive technology counsel and represent CG Life in senior client conversations.
• Translate priorities into technology roadmaps and actionable recommendations.
• Guide solution architecture across platforms, data, security and AI.
• Establish consistent technical direction across projects and workstreams.
• Engage early in planning, scoping, estimation and staffing.
• Coordinate CG Life capabilities to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Provide senior oversight for delivery risks and escalations.
