Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Technology Strategy Senior Principal to shape digital business transformations. You will lead cross-functional teams of strategists and data experts to craft goal-driven recommendations early in engagements.

You will contribute to the entrepreneurial build-out of the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice, develop offerings, recruit talent, and steer client engagements with credibility and strategic vision across North America.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Strategy and/or Technology Consulting experience within a global major consulting firm.
• Experience with large-scale transformations at a global scale.
• Experience with product mindset and Agile ways of working.
• Understanding of consumer-focused technology: interactive, marketing, commerce, loyalty, personalization, transactional, integration/API, cloud, and data.
• Ability to interpret and create technology artifacts and diagrams (data flows, data dictionaries, system architecture).
• Ability to navigate large organizations and persuade through content and confidence.
• Experience with IT transformation including modern operating models and organization structures.
• Ability to design and facilitate effective client workshops to accelerate current state understanding and build consensus.

• Devise technology strategy offerings, proposals, and new business development.
• Manage teams to produce high-quality client recommendations.
