Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience leading teams and developing associates.
• Experience developing executive communications, business reporting, and performance metrics.
• Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies, operating priorities, and organizational objectives.
• Lead and coach a team responsible for business management, governance, reporting, planning, and operations.
• Manage budget development, headcount planning, investment planning, and financial forecasting.
• Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, monitoring, and reporting of initiatives.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications on financial performance and risk.
