Job summary

Bank of America seeks a senior technology leader to design and govern our technology strategy, ensure CMDB integrity, and drive asset lifecycle management across networks and infrastructure. You will partner with Product Owners and Configuration Managers to align with enterprise standards and risk controls.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and lead initiatives that improve service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: 3–5 years’ experience in Risk Identification and Assessments and Data quality control.
• Required: 5+ years’ experience in Asset Lifecycle management from procure to disposal.
• Required: 3–5 years’ experience in Asset Configuration Management definitions and relationships.
• Experience with Asset Configuration Management Database (ServiceNow) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams, manage workforce strategy, and oversee hiring practices.
• Drive performance reviews, coaching, and development plans for teams.
• Oversee production app health, resiliency, security, and data management standards.
• Govern relationships with business and technology partners and coordinate communities of practice.
