Job summary
Citadel is seeking a visionary Vice President, Technology Strategy and Engineering to lead modernization, engineering capability, and enterprise integration. You will translate strategy into target architectures, roadmaps, and trusted data foundations to enable scalable digital banking platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
Reporting to the CIO, you will direct Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, AI & Automation, and Technology Platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years in technology leadership, with engineering, architecture, or platform management.
- Proven success delivering large-scale modernization programs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, data platforms, AI, and systems integration.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology modernization roadmap and strategy.
- Own enterprise integration, fintech connectivity, and real-time payments.
- Set engineering standards, governance, and quality across the SDLC.
- Lead software engineering, architecture, data services, and AI initiatives.
- Partner with executives to align tech investments with business priorities.
