Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering & Transformation to lead the bank's technology transformation, AI adoption, and modern engineering practices to improve client experience and operational efficiency.

You'll partner with the CTO and executive leadership to set strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure governance, security, and responsible AI standards while driving scalable software platforms across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience spanning enterprise transformation, software engineering, digital strategy, AI adoption, and emerging technologies.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products and capabilities, cloud technologies, modern software engineering practices, automation, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, communication, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive adoption of modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, AI-assisted development, and cloud-native development capabilities.
• Partner with business and technology leaders through Software Engineering Center of Excellence to establish shared standards, practices, and capabilities that accelerate responsible software delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery velocity, quality, scalability, and developer experience through modern engineering and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Enable teams to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI, while maintaining appropriate security, governance, and architectural alignment.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to establish reusable patterns, reference architectures, and technology standards and modern development capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for customer facing digital products and software capabilities that enhance experience, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
