Job summary

Citadel is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure & Cloud to lead the enterprise infrastructure, cloud, network, and telecommunications efforts. This role reports to the CTO and is responsible for developing and executing roadmaps that enable reliable operations today and a scalable, AI-enabled future state.

The role requires a strong track record in large-scale infrastructure modernization, hands-on leadership of cross-functional teams, and excellence in vendor Management and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership with responsibility for infrastructure, cloud, network, and telecommunications operations.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure environments and technology modernization initiatives.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute infrastructure and cloud strategy aligned with organizational goals and roadmaps.
• Lead modernization initiatives to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Translate target-state architecture into deployable infrastructure and cloud capabilities; support app modernization, data platforms, and AI workloads.
• Oversee enterprise compute, storage, server platforms, and backup environments with high availability.
• Drive capacity planning and performance management to support business growth.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage service agreements to ensure value and performance.
