Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to define scalable, secure architectures for consumer operations technology. You will bridge business strategy with technical execution across global teams, driving AI-enabled transformation and modern platform design.

You will mentor engineers, shape technology roadmaps, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards while delivering high-quality, resilient systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture or enterprise IT.
• Experience shaping end-to-end distributed systems with scalable design.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or Zachman and architecture governance.
• Practical AI/LLM, RAG integration in enterprise solutions.
• Cloud-native architectures on AWS or Azure with security best practices.
• Proficient in Java, Python, TypeScript, or Go for high-throughput systems.
• Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise architecture across major IT programs.
• Build roadmaps reflecting emerging trends and guide investments.
• Translate business problems into technically sound solutions.
• Architect and integrate AI/ML and generative AI into workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
• Assess risk with focus on regulatory and policy adherence.
