University of Oklahoma Health Campus is seeking a technical administrator to lead the deployment and ongoing development of the Technolutions Slate admissions CRM for the OU Health Campus. You will optimize the Slate system, create complex queries and workflows, and ensure data integrity across platforms.

The role requires collaboration with OU IT and Admissions teams to support efficient application processing and reporting, including dashboards on yield and admissions metrics.

Formación

• Project management, business analysis, conflict resolution, and other resource management skills.
• Ability to coordinate IT projects across departments and vendors.
• Experience with CRM/Admissions platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Slate admissions/CRM system for OU Health Campus.
• Design queries, workflows, and portals to streamline admissions.
• Ensure data flow between Slate, third-party tools, and PeopleSoft.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and stakeholder support for admissions workflows.
• Assist students with technical submission issues and ensure smooth applications.
• Produce regular dashboards and data reports on admissions metrics.
