Job summary

West Catholic Preparatory High School is seeking a School Help Desk Technician to manage IT, computer systems, and classroom technology integration across the campus. The role reports to the school President and Principal and adheres to Archdiocese technology policies.

The candidate will maintain digital infrastructure, manage budgets, and support both wired/wireless networks. Required duties include device deployment, inventory tracking, software licensing, and security hardening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field recommended.
• Previous help desk or building IT experience highly preferred.
• Network and hardware certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain technology systems including workstations, laptops, Chromebooks, printers and projectors.
• Deploy and maintain student devices.
• Process work orders through the school ticketing system.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders for technology equipment and inspect receipts.
