Job summary

Atwell, LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Technology Specialist II to provide hands-on technology support across the organization, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist in deployment and maintenance of technology.

Responsibilities include configuring devices, supporting AD and access issues, and collaborating on projects. This role requires strong communication, documentation, and independent problem solving in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional technology support experience.
• Experience in a corporate setting with a formal ticketing system.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, accounts, and mobility.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and foundational networking.
• Experience deploying workstations and business applications.
• Familiarity with IT asset inventory and device management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tech support in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues.
• Document requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Set up and deploy workstations, printers, servers, and network equipment.
• Support Autodesk applications used across the business.
• Communicate technical information clearly to staff at all levels.
• Lead or support technology projects and initiatives.
