Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Technology Specialist II based in Fort Worth to provide hands-on technology support across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues and assist deployment and maintenance of technology.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, documenting steps, configuring devices, and supporting Autodesk applications. The role requires five years of experience and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional technology support experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment with a formal service desk.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and account-access issues.
• Document support steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Set up and deploy workstations, laptops, and related equipment.
• Install and support company-standard software applications.
• Support Active Directory functions and user accounts.
