Job summary

Atwell, LLC seeks an experienced Technology Specialist II to deliver hands-on IT support across the organization. Based in Fort Worth, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and account-related issues while helping deploy and maintain technology across the workforce.

The role requires experience within a structured corporate environment, service-desk operations, and asset management, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to support a diverse user base.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of professional technology support experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment with formal service desk and ticketing.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, accounts, devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical requests in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, account-access, connectivity issues.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Set up and deploy workstations, printers, servers, and networking gear.
• Install and support approved software and company tools.
• Manage Active Directory functions and user permissions.
• Deploy mobile devices and manage inventory of IT assets.
• Provide Autodesk application support across the business.
• Communicate technical information clearly to all staff.
• Follow security procedures and escalation paths.
• Stay current on system updates and new needs.
• Lead or support technology projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff while handling day-to-day tasks.
