Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Sr Technology Sourcing Specialist to support daily contracting and sourcing for services and materials. You will coordinate RFPs, master agreements, and NDAs, while negotiating terms to optimize value for the client.

This role requires strong contract knowledge, legal understanding, and strategic sourcing experience across technology services, software, and hardware. You will work across functional teams to drive compliant, cost-efficient procurements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience negotiating technology-related contracts is highly preferred.
• Formal education in contract language and law is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft contract language and negotiate favorable terms for the client.
• Develop sourcing strategy for high-risk services and manage multiple active projects.
• Lead sourcing projects and strategic programs for procurement of Technology Services, Software, and Hardware.
• Coordinate with legal, risk management and accounting to resolve contractor issues promptly.
