Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling devices, while adhering to bank policies.
