Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced technology risk professional to translate policy requirements into auditable procedures aligned with enterprise TRM policies. You will collaborate across technology, risk and audit to ensure practical, audit-ready processes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technology Risk Management or IT governance experience.
• Experience turning policy requirements into auditable procedures.
• Ability to collaborate across technology, risk and audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document procedures aligned with risk policies and controls.
• Translate policy language into actionable process steps and roles.
• Lead interviews and sessions to document current and target state processes.
• Partner with IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams.
• Support regulatory readiness and ensure traceability of procedures.
• Facilitate reviews, approvals and ongoing maintenance.
